article is featured with new stats from the National Association of REALTORS (NAR):

"The National Association of Realtors said its Pending Home Sales Index, based on contracts
signed in July, increased 2.4 percent to 101.7 - the highest level since April 2010 and shortly
before the deadline for the home buyer tax credit. ~ Pending home sales touch two year high,
NBC Newswire"

These national figures, parallel our local market as it continues to also ramp up. MIBOR is boasting
a 10% increase in closed sales thus far in 2012 when compared to the same period last year. And,
Zionsville is currently 17% ahead of transactions in 2012 when compared to the same period last year.
